You must be at least 18 years old. No prior education or real estate experience is needed.

Is it true that a real estate salesperson can make tons of cash?
What you make is up to you. There is unlimited income potential. The more you work, and the more effort you put into it, means the more money you make. Brokers commisions on average are about 6% of the sales price. Usually a salesperson gets 50% of the brokers commision. Basically, the skies the limit.

Can I bring my own book?
If it is the same book that we use in class, then yes - no problem. If the book is different, it will be harder to follow along with the instructor.

Are the classes held in Spanish or any other language?
No, we only offer the class in English because the state examination is given in English.

I am not a citizen and do not have social security - may I take the exam?
In order to be a licensed Real Estate Salesperson you have to have a working permit, be a legal resident and have some form of identification.

Is this License good in any other states?

What if I have a criminal record?
That is no problem. If it is a felony, the case needs to be closed and you should be able to obtain a certificate of good conduct which you can get from your parole officer or call the state correction department.
